BrightSide Talent & Strategy Boutique is a strategic consulting studio focused on talent strategy, leadership advisory, organizational change, and selective artist career management.


Founded by Jodie McLeod, an experienced executive HR leader with over 30 years of experience, BrightSide supports organizations and individuals during pivotal moments, whether navigating growth, leadership transitions, workplace challenges, or creative career development.


Jodie is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) with the HRPA, a leadership coach, and a qualified mediator, and holds an MBA, bringing seasoned judgment, professional integrity, and practical insight to every engagement.
